Wrestling Observer Live with Bryan Alvarez and Mike Sempervive is back today with tons to talk about including Raw last night, Seth Rollins setting a one-man record, the gauntlet match going two hours, Asuka’s promo and segment with Nia Jax, Elimination Chamber, your calls and texts and more! We start off with a discussion from last night’s Raw. The show featured a two hour long gauntlet match with John Cena vs. Seth Rollins being one of the matches in particular people are talking about, as well as Roman Reigns versus Seth Rollins.
After the break, more talk about Raw, primarily on Asuka and Nia Jax’s feud. Asuka cut a promo despite knowing little English, which was not received well by the crowd. There were also text messages about Seth Rollins and the Gauntlet match.
More discussion about the Nia Jax and Asuka situation following the next break. Emphasis is on why they had Asuka go out there and do a promo. Bryan and Mike come to the conclusion that it’s just what WWE does. Text messages here include talk about Undertaker and a possible John Cena match, Jerry Jarrett being in the WWE Hall of Fame. Bryan then talks about WWE’s booking and how people shouldn’t make excuses for it.
