Ancient Egypt includes all sorts of supernatural and macabre elements including a great collection of gods, an elaborate afterlife ritual, and magnificent structures. It also came with elements that were picked up in pop culture based on the real life archeological discoveries of the late 1800s and early 1900s — including curses on those who disturbed the dead.
