August 28, 1978 – WWF New York TV – Promos by Ivan Koloff, Lou Albano, Bob Backlund, Superstar Graham and the Grand Wizard for August 28 at MSG.
August 18, 1979 – WWF Philadelphia TV – Vince McMahon and Dick Graham wrap-up the night’s activities at The Spectrum.
August 31, 1979 – Houston TV – Killer Brooks and Harley Race are both interrupted by Bruiser Brody.
August 30, 1980 – GCW WTBS TV – Bill Watts introduces Uvalde Slim to the world; Dusty Rhodes promo on Watts, Uvalde, the Andersons, and the Funks; Dory Funk Jr taped promo on the Funks running Dusty out of Texas.
August 31, 1981 – GCW WTBS TV – Promos by Tommy Rich on The Masked Superstar, Kevin Von Erich interrupted and flustered by Terry Gordy and Jimmy Snuka, Gordy and Snuka run down Andre The Giant and Michael Hayes; the show gets a new timeslot, and Freddie Miller runs down the upcoming tour schedule.
August 14, 1983 – GCW WTBS TV – Larry Zbyszko joined in progress, followed by two bad promos by WIld Bill Irwin and the Road Warriors, respectively, which only serve to confuse Gordon Solie.
August 28, 1983 – GCW WTBS TV – Dick Slater’s Closet Challenge to Buzz Sawyer, with continued questionable content provided in promos by Wild Bill Irwin, the Road Warriors, Gary Hart, Greg Valentine and the Brisco brothers.
August 26 and September 2, 1978 – Big Time San Francisco TV – Roy Schire talks about the passing of Moondog Lonnie Mayne on August 13, the held up United States title, and the idea of a title tournament – which is later announced for September 16; Alexis Smirnoff, Buddy Rose, and Dean Ho cut promos about being in the tournament.
September 1984 – Memphis TV – Jimmy Valiant ribs Lance Russell during interviews; continues by ribbing Jimmy Hart, which leads to a brawl with the First Family, Randy Savage, Rufus R. Jones, and others.
August 30, 1986 – JCP WTBS TV – Wahoo McDaniel talks about his National title victory, Jim Crockett announces a championship name change, Jim Cornette finishes talking to the Kansas Jayhawks, Ric Flair and Baby Doll talk Ride The Wild Mouse Buddy Landel and Tinkerbell, the coming events scroll, Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin and Dusty Rhodes both talk about Magnum TA and Precious, MORE SCROLL, The Andersons, and a great Road Warriors promo.
