WOL: WWE needs a strong post-WrestleMania 36 plan

On the first-ever WrestleMania Saturday, it’s time for Wrestling Observer Live.

On this edition of the show:

– I preview of all of the matches even though we still don’t know the rundown for either night.

– After being told last week that we would know more about the story that put Braun Strowman into the WWE Universal title match with Goldberg, all we got on Friday Night Smackdown was a simple announcement from Michael Cole. We discuss.

– I give a monologue on how we are all trying to function in extenuating circumstances, but that WWE audience sympathy will only last so long. With so much uncertainty everywhere right now, WWE needs something major coming out of WrestleMania 36. It needs a creative plan and, most importantly, it needs vision and discipline to stick to the plan.

Get all that and more on the Saturday WOL.
