Wrestling Observer Radio with Dave Meltzer and myself, guest co-host Garrett Gonzales, is back.
We open up the show talking about NXT ratings for the first NXT show on USA. We discuss Kenny Omega’s comments about AEW’s competition with NXT. We also talk about the name of AEW’s Wednesday night TV show.
Dave then goes over the first two nights of BOLA, talking about the best matches and who stood out among the wrestlers that fans might not know. We then talk about how west coast viewers can still watch Smackdown live when it moves over to Fox, things Dana White has said of late, and a tidbit on New Japan’s business that Dave wrote about in the Observer. We also take a few questions based on Wednesday’s show.
