Wrestling Observer Radio with Dave Meltzer and myself, guest co-host Garrett Gonzales, is back.
We begin the show recapping Tuesday night’s Smackdown Live featuring lots of great promos, the continued path to WrestleMania for Kofi Kingston, AJ Styles and Randy Orton setting up their match, and Becky and Charlotte furthering their story as the main event angle on the big show.
We also talk about the Raw ratings, the finals in the 205 Live tournament for a shot at Buddy Murphy’s title, the second round of the New Japan Cup, and tickets going on sale Wednesday for two big New Japan shows. We finish the show off with some UFC news including Endeavor returning Saudi Arabia’s government’s investment.
