Wrestling Weekly: Omega, WWE taking over (again), mailbag

On this week’s show, Les Thatcher and Vic Sosa look back at a very newsworthy week by talking Kenny Omega, Kurt Angle, Jimmy Snuka, NJPW in the USA, and more!

We’ll start with some thoughts from Les on the interview Bryan and Dave had with Omega this week and where we’d like to see him wrestling in 2017 and beyond. That leads us to follow up on a previous discussion of New Japan’s interest in establishing a strong presence in America (10:49), new comments from ownership and their chances of competing with WWE, as well as WWE’s budding relationships with several UK promotions and whether or not this will end the same way WWE rolled over the territorial promotions in the 80’s.

Some thoughts on Kurt Angle in the WWE HOF (40:23) and then it’s onto our favorite portion of the show, the mailbag!
